Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning for the coming order by managing capacity.
∎ Forecasting the upcoming work load and take action accordingly.
∎ Execute sample production meeting all the parameters as per Buyer's requirement.
∎ Schedule delivers based on production forecast, materials substitutions, storage and handling facilities and maintenance requirements.
∎ Estimate machine requirements, working hour, fabric category, target unit and manpower.
∎ Calculate and finalize product SMV , CM calculation and finalize the product cost.
∎ Follow up production plan vs actual status.
∎ Ensuring input (checking fabrics cutting, printing, embroidery, sewing, finishing & accessories) at least for 5 days.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.

∎ Must be target oriented.
