Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining Buyer COC on "Product Safety Rules & regulations (PSR)".
∎ Needle Control System to be ensured as per (PSR).
∎ Assessing risk on possible health & product safety hazards of all aspects of operations.
∎ Evaluate potential health hazards or damage that could occur from product misuse.
∎ Conduct Visual and measurement tests on garments.
∎ Provide necessary training in all aspect in terms of health & product safety.
∎ Inspecting production equipment and processes to make sure they are safe.
∎ Technical audit/evaluation should be followed.
∎ Conduct internal Audit in monthly basis.
∎ Participate in preparation of product usage and precautionary label instruction.
∎ Conduct research to evaluate safety levels for products.
∎ Creating analytical reports of safety data.
∎ Regular audit on accuracy of Machine calibration.
∎ Always strive for Quality Right First-Time approach, proactive in calling out prevention measures, and engage the right party for timely action.
∎ Be a problem solver, solution provider, and readily prepared to tackle problem up front.
∎ Able to identify root causes on quality failures, and drive for continuous improvement plan (CAPA) in production.
∎ Always ready to take challenge of other duties assigned by the management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 38 years
