Job Context:
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Selected Candidate will play managerial responsibility for the Production planning & IE department of the group's sweater division.
∎ Candidate will take all accountability to make a Guideline & follow up the factory production current status as per stated plan.
∎ Maintain MIS (management information system) of Production planning & accumulate all production report to the management.
∎ Candidate should adequate knowledge to make an effective plan for sweaters production planning.
∎ Collect daily production reports from underneath staffs and disbars to the concern department (as per requirement).
∎ Maintain prompt & effective communication with other concern departments & Head office Management as required regarding production planning.
∎ Candidate will monitor input and output report of goods, daily production report, shipment schedule & yearn & accessories in house report & visit factories to monitor the progress of given plan.
∎ Coordinate with the Merchandising department, Production people & other concerned department for smooth operation of production as per given production plan.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must be an expert on sweater Production Management
∎ well conversant on IE & work study based knowledge.
∎ Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team members
∎ Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali
∎ Good knowledge & skills in computing
Salary:
