∎ Extensive knowledge on MS Office.
∎ Willing to work in under pressure.
∎ Ability to interact and build relationships work as a team having strong presentation and delivery skills to detail and accuracy and Special prefer will be given for work with Buyer Primark.
∎ Job Location: Chandra(Pollibiddut),Kaliakoir, Gazipur.
∎ Salary Range: Negotiable (Based on Skill and Knowledge).
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. Communicate with the factory head always about the product of each item during production.
∎ 2. Strong knowledge of quality management systems, quality control principles, and best practices.
∎ 3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to apply root cause analysis methodologies.
∎ 4. Monitoring & improving overall QA of finished Goods.
∎ 5. Evaluating final output of products to determine their production quality as per work order.
∎ 6. Control and guide the daily work and ensure the Quality of the Daily activities.
∎ 7. Investigation and follow-up on buyer claims and ensure satisfaction.
∎ 8. Implementing quality management systems, quality plans, and controls to achieve objectives.
∎ 9. Implement CAPA- Corrective Action Preventive Action to drive the factory towards more preventive actions.
∎ 10. Coordinate with production, IE, Merchandising, Finishing & other related departments.
∎ 11. Train and develop the assigned staff to provide specific knowledge.
∎ 12. Monitoring section-wise quality activity.
∎ 13. Training section-wise quality activity.
∎ 14. Other tasks assigned by Management.
