Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidates with other subjects having long experience in the related field of seeds and pesticide sales from any reputed organization having countrywide sales network may also apply.
∎ Experience of Market Analysis and Intelligence reporting about the challenging competitors;

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop the Business and overall responsible for the Seed Business Unit;
∎ Preparing of Divisional/Regional Sales Budget and Work planning for implementation of the same;
∎ Monitoring/supervision of the activities of the Area in-charges towards the achievement of targets;
∎ Event Management for organizing Training for Dealers/Retailers and conference;
∎ Updates reporting to Management about work in progress and the achievement status;
∎ Annual performance evaluation of the subordinates;
∎ Frequently visit different areas to visit dealers, retailers and farmers to develop the market.
