Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Student Admission Support: Guide students through the complete admission process for universities and colleges abroad, especially in Canada, Australia, UK, France, and New Zealand.Assist in preparing and reviewing student documentation, including academic transcripts, SOPs, and application forms.
∎ Visa Guidance & Counseling: Provide accurate visa guidance based on country-specific requirements.Explain financial documentation, embassy interview preparation, and visa timelines to clients.Coordinate with applicants for visa application filing, follow-ups, and embassy appointments.
∎ Client Communication & File Handling: Respond to student and guardian inquiries in person, over email, and on digital platforms.Maintain organized files for each applicant and ensure confidentiality and accuracy in every submission.Communicate professionally with foreign university representatives as needed.
∎ CRM and Digital Platform Management: Use CRM tools and digital platforms to manage student leads, follow-ups, and application status.Create and update student profiles using internal systems and maintain proper data logs.
∎ AI Tools & Document Drafting: Use AI-based tools to prepare cover letters, motivation letters, and application drafts.Exhibit creativity and structure in all written communications and promotional content.
∎ Team Collaboration: Work as part of a professional and dedicated team, supporting colleagues with file handling, communication, and counseling activities.Maintain a positive attitude, be open to learning, and contribute to office harmony and workflow efficiency.
