∎ Ensure production of quality tea and rubber in the estates.
∎ Manage stakeholders (workers and other related various functions).
∎ Continuously strive to improve productions through efficiency and application of modern methods. Maintain competitive edge in the industry.
∎ Full-time career with a leading multi-national company producing quality tea and rubber for over 160 years in greater Sylhet region.
∎ Ensure production of quality tea and rubber in the estates.
∎ Manage stakeholders (workers and other related various functions).
∎ Continuously strive to improve productions through efficiency and application of modern methods. Maintain competitive edge in the industry.
