Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Leather / Leather products/ Footwear Engineering from any reputed university will get preference.
∎ Academic qualification may be relaxed for highly experienced candidates.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Production activity, Quality
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to follow up overall production and quality of Leather goods.
∎ To ensure good coordination with the merchant for smooth operation.
∎ To give decision to the production and quality people regd the goods.
∎ Able to handle several numbers of orders/styles simultaneously and independently.
∎ Must have the ability to work under pressure to maintain buyer's deadline for both samples & production.
∎ Should have sound knowledge of leather products, leather, accessories, trims, etc.
∎ Should have sound knowledge on ongoing trend.
∎ Day to day follow-up & report to management.
∎ Any other special job as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have experience in dealing with leather goods.
∎ Strong verbal and written communication skill in English.
∎ Should be able to work on own initiative under pressure.
∎ Should be able to provide solutions for the problems.
∎ Self-motivated, confident and proactive.
∎ Negotiation skill and Market Information
∎ Strong Computer Skills is a must (e.g., Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, e-mail, Internet etc.)
