Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee daily farm operations, including flock health, feeding, and biosecurity management.
∎ Ensure optimal egg production, bird performance, and overall farm efficiency.
∎ Implement and monitor vaccination, disease prevention, and treatment plans.
∎ Maintain proper record-keeping of flock performance, mortality, and medication usage.
∎ Supervise farm staff and ensure adherence to farm protocols.
∎ Coordinate with the procurement and sales teams regarding feed, medicine, and egg production planning.
∎ Ensure compliance with industry standards and farm hygiene regulations.
