Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Communication with liaison office, factory people, other related departments/sections of the company.
∎ Costing of products/garments.
∎ Coordinate with factory team for proper & in time execution of production.
∎ Follow the process & procedures of buyers.
∎ Advise factory/production/quality team on fabric, production, quality etc related technical issues as efficient/experienced trouble shooter.
∎ Lead the team/act as an effective team member understanding company & buyer COC.
∎ Ensure quality execution of orders up to shipment of the goods maintaining effective TNA.
∎ Assist the local procurement team to sourcing trims/accessories as required maintaining the standard.
∎ Effective follow-up on materials inventory, production process, quality standards & team performance.
∎ Supervise merchandising team in everyday job duties.
∎ Resolve production and development issues in a timely manner.
∎ Assist in merchandise pricing and sales promotion activities to meet business goals.
∎ Communicate with vendors and counterparts for factory sourcing, capacity planning, order allocation, and costing analysis.
∎ Educate staffs and vendors on company’s procedures and compliance.
∎ Monitor everyday sales and generate sales report for management.
∎ Provide top class customer service and show high level of professionalism.
∎ Assist in interviewing and recruiting candidates according to company requirements.
∎ Supervise flow of merchandise to sales floor.
∎ Develop merchandising displays for sales floor.
∎ Order and adjust stock levels accurately.
∎ Recommend merchandising concepts and ideas to meet sales target.
∎ Assist in planning sales events, trade shows, marketing campaigns and other product promotional activities.
∎ Co-ordinate with commercial department to open B2B L/C timely,
∎ To monitoring the supply chain to feed the line as well as in house the fabrics & trims timely.
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by the HOD/Reporting authority from time to time.
