Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. To participate in the Lean event for Customer Service.
∎ 2. To do the cross-functional project: coordinate with PD, Sales, Planning, and Finance teams to expedite the process.
∎ 3. Team / per development objective: Ensures proper team backup and allocates workload distribution accordingly.
∎ 4. To ensure the team responds to customers’ queries quickly and accurately. Supervising and monitoring all incoming regular airmail, electronic mail and the team.
∎ 5. Follow-up with the team for P/I submission, UDD share, timely mail revert, payment, Acceptance and UD follow-up. Follow up and coordinate with team members' activities.
∎ 6. To work closely to achieve monthly sales targets and ensure the team completes all tasks and duties.
∎ 7. To follow up with production for urgent orders & dispatch for smooth delivery of goods to the customer.
∎ 8. To monitor challan receipt status weekly/monthly. Monitor Customer LC /Payments Trends on time. To ensure the Team is getting LC & UD as per SOP
∎ 9. Sending sales reports to internal/external parties.
∎ 10. To ensure finished goods management, Monitor stock in hand status, Review RM & FG vs consume status daily basis. To ensure CS is following the process.
∎ 11. To review on-time delivery performance weekly/monthly and confirmation of production lead time.
∎ 12. To follow up on customer requirements in terms of production, delivery, and payment & visit them when necessary. Monitor on-time delivery of products, Order follow-up to meet standard production lead time.
∎ 13. To maintain the order Schedule of all orders & Physical status of the machine load.
∎ 14. To escalate major/critical issues to CRM/Supervisor daily basis.
∎ 15. To lead in daily MDI, ensuring the team is preparing and providing CS reports, stock reports and status reports on a daily basis.
∎ 16. Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by supervisor/management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years

∎ Should have the ability to lead a Team and work with a Team.
∎ Working experience at the Customer Service Dept. in Garments Accessories is a must.
∎ Should have sound knowledge & ability to keep good customer relations and customer service.
∎ Should have patient for customer dealing.
∎ The candidate should have good command in English.
∎ Good communication skill is a must.
∎ Candidates from the Uttara zone will get a preference.
∎ Should have the ability to work under pressure.
∎ Ability to work independently.
∎ Knowing Hindi will be an additional advantage.
