Job Responsibilities:
∎ Devising and establishing a company's quality procedures, standards and specification.
∎ Reviewing customer requirements and making sure they are meet.
∎ Develops systems to manage customer defect analysis, corrective actions and report root cause analysis.
∎ Develop, implement and maintain systems to assure the quality of products and the development and implementation of new products.
∎ Work with very close with customer base to resolve quality issues.
∎ Setting standards for quality as well as health and safety.
∎ Review in-process data from manufacturing processes and facilitate corrective and preventive actions as appropriate.
∎ Looking at ways to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
∎ Setting and maintaining controls and documentation procedures.
∎ Performance monitoring by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports.
∎ Performance monitoring of all Q.I and quality department staff.
∎ Provide training and counselling with quality inspector and all quality staffs.
∎ Closely co-ordination with production management, factory manager and other production staff for continuous improvement.
∎ Co-ordinate with management on any requirement that can't be met.
∎ Ensure safety, quality and compliance activities in workplace.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Sound knowledge on ISO:9001:2015 (QMS) & Technical Audit.
∎ Well handling experience on several buyers like H&M, M&S, ZARA, Carrefour, New Yorker, Next, Pepe jeans, WE etc.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Adaptability to work under stress management.
∎ Have good knowledge on ERP software.
∎ Have knowledge on computer applications (MS Word, Excel).
Salary: Negotiable
