Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering, Apparel Manufacturing, Bachelor degree in any discipline, Masters degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Setting recipes, Developed New style and Wash according to the customer requirements. Responsible to define and interpret desired wash characteristics and translate this in to production.
∎ To get / collect buyer feedback/ satisfaction by representing product or capacity.
∎ Coordination with Production, Marketing and Merchandising department regarding technical, approved sample and others issue
∎ To finding best production process with quality.
∎ Try to fulfill any buyer requirement according to buyer comment.
∎ To minimize time and cost with productivity
∎ Increase productivity.
∎ Increase profitability.
∎ Quality assurance, Manpower utilizing, Material management.
∎ Trained Production Staff and providing in the field support and Team building.
∎ Identified Production and Sampling problems and resolve them in a speedy and satisfactory manner.
∎ Risk analysis before bulk production.
∎ Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) setup and implements.
∎ Having a curiosity to do sustainable developments and proceeding with chemical and other organizations that are promoting core sustainability initiatives.
∎ Make sure all the products are within the requirements of lab test
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
