Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
∎ BSc. in EEE/Electrical
∎ BSc. in EEE/Mech with MBA will get extra advantage
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Performs warranty claim to OEM through online Warranty Systems and communicate with the warranty engineer (OEM) until final settlement
∎ Maintain proper record of failures under warranty and provide accurate data when required
∎ Monitors failure trends, identifies specific failure modes, and provides reports on trends as and when required.
∎ Maintains tracking system of warranty replacement parts.
∎ Provides task team and OEM with failure reports.
∎ Communicate with the team to inform or gather required information regarding warranty claim.
∎ Prepare reports on weekly, monthly, and yearly basis as per management's requirement
∎ To receive the instruction from line manager which related to service department
∎ Keep record of all warranty orders/ Service orders/ work orders related to service department
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 32 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Good Interpersonal and communication skill
∎ Good Typing Speed in Computer
∎ MS Office Package knowledge, intermediate level
∎ Must have good command over English Language
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 35000 (Monthly)
