∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Must have Proficiency in MS office packagaes & Email correspondences.
∎ Good command on writing and speaking English.
∎ Should be honest, energetic and polite in manner with positive personality.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct regular audits of financial records, transactions and processes within the retail store. Verify accuracy, identify discrepancies, and recommend improvements.
∎ Assess risks related to financial operations, inventory management and compliance.
∎ Conduct regular inventory audits of the outlets and warehouse.
∎ Collaborate with teams to enhance internal controls, streamline processes, and mitigate risks.
∎ Pre and post Audit of all accounting transactions, purchase, requisitions, financial vouchers, bill etc.
∎ Prepare detailed audit reports, highlighting findings, recommendations and corrective actions and submit report to the management on weekly and monthly basis.
∎ Conduct sudden/Annual audits of all outlet’s products inventory.
∎ Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and company policies.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
