Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum BBA Graduate with any major (MBA is preferred).
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Set the direction & ambition for the business together with Head of Food Service
∎ Ensure effective forecasting, performance tracking and (monthly) business review
∎ Perform ROI calculations on deals/proposals to ensure profitable business growth
∎ Generate reports and review sales, and other performance reports including key customers
∎ Ensure compliance of Executives with their respective roles & responsibilities
∎ Generation & acquisition of new customers - build business proposals & perform business negotiations
∎ Manage import of goods through local distributor in coordination with Denmark HQ and Regional Office.
∎ Build effectively relationships in B2B / FS community and good market intelligence - Identify areas of opportunity Managing Acquiring and of new (larger) customers/accounts
∎ Help Distributor to manage business profitably & monitor overhead expenses & ROI
∎ Monitor Distributor's debt and ensure payment terms are respected
∎ Track on delivery from C&S to Distributor and from Distributor to consumers
∎ Ensure the right product portfolio is available + stocks management & forecasting
∎ Ensure proper & correct execution of sales, discount and trading terms determined
∎ Monitor and minimize the level of Bad goods returns
∎ Developing and professionalizing/structuring the B2B operations - channel wise strategies and communication to effectively manage customers
∎ Building up + acquiring in-depth product knowledge and B2B / Food Service expertise
∎ Development and implementation of Channel Strategy - communication
∎ Collaborate/coordinate with Arla Foods Global and local distributor(s) to build up the product portfolio.
∎ Ensure Executives are properly trained, provide permanent coaching by on-the-job session and feedback on performance and conduct regular appraisal interview
Additional Requirements:
∎ Commercial/Sales Experience of min. 4 - 5 years
∎ Effective Relationship Management
∎ Excellent business/entrepreneurial instinct
