∎ Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as a professional baker in a commercial kitchen, hotel, or bakery. Leading a team or running a live bakery will be considered as added benefit.
∎ Strong knowledge of dough preparation, proofing, baking, and decoration techniques.
∎ Ability to work early mornings, weekends, or flexible shifts as needed.
∎ Good understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
∎ Passion for baking with attention to detail and creativity.

∎ Follow standard recipes and ensure consistent quality and presentation.
∎ Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards in the baking area.
∎ Monitor ingredient inventory and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
∎ Innovate and suggest new baking ideas and seasonal specials.
∎ Operate baking equipment and ovens safely and efficiently.
∎ Ensure timely preparation of baked goods to meet daily production requirements.
