∎ Business graduate from any recognized university (MBA will get preference)
∎ Minimum 8+ years of experience (Preferably in Banking industry or Corporate Client Management)

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Proactively reach out to existing clients to broaden relationships and deepen wallet share
∎ Ensure signing off legal agreement including SLAs with the new banks post alignment of all relevant stakeholders.
∎ Administer and coordinate the project team to implement the solutions.
∎ Ensure service marketing and promotional communication through banks to their own customer base.
∎ Work closely with the campaign team to address acquiring, retaining and attrition management of the banked customers who perform transactions (fund transfer between bKash and Bank)
∎ Monitor and track transaction volumes and ensure effective transaction migration to banking channels.
∎ Monitor portfolio health through daily reporting and action based on the analysis.
∎ Collaborate with product team and service operation team to implement and troubleshoot (as required)
∎ Work closely with brand and marketing team for promoting the products through various channels.
∎ Coordinate, manage and resolve reconciliation, payments and other administrative issues between partners and internal stakeholders of bKash including but not limited to finance, technology operations and reconciliation teams for the partner banks.
∎ Build strong cross-functional relationships to drive alignment and support for initiatives
∎ Participate in regular meetings, performance reviews, and development sessions to maintain high standards of performance and engagement
∎ Responsibilities relating to the direction, planning, structure, frameworks (e.g. processes and policies) related to business and oversight.
∎ Display exemplary conduct and live by bKash’s Values and Code of Conduct.
∎ Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across bKash. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the bKash’s Code of Conduct.

∎ Job Purpose:
∎ The purpose of this role is to proactively reaching out to existing and new clients (Financial Institutions - FI) to nurture stakeholder interactions and pursue growth, cross sales of different products as well as ensuring relationship developing with the customers of the FIs.
