∎ Previous bar experience Knowledge of cash handling procedures and experience in the use of cash registers.
∎ Ability to work unsupervised at times as well as being able to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Action bar sales upholding responsible service of alcohol and the Blue Room Theatre’s Liquor policy and guidelines with a high level of customer service.
∎ General cleaning duties.
∎ Refilling and rotating stock, answering customer enquiries, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, ensuring a clean, tidy and healthy work area.
∎ Accurately recording hours worked on a daily basis (if seasonal casual)
∎ Ensuring good communication between day and night staff by accurately reporting on each shift in accordance with requirements.
∎ Carrying out duties as required in negotiation with office and front of house manager and line manager.
∎ Respond to the needs of patrons, including diffusing and resolving disputes or complaints and filling out incidence reports as and when necessary.
∎ Attend briefing and training sessions as required.
∎ Handle cash transactions in an efficient and safe manner.
∎ Ensure cleanliness and safe lock up of Bar and Venue at the end of each shift.
∎ To provide outstanding duty of care to patrons and act on Emergency Procedures including the safe and efficient evacuation of patrons if required.
∎ In the case of an emergency evacuation, act as Warden, Ensure a safe environment for patrons and uphold The Blue Room Theatre’s OS&H policies and procedures.
∎ Job Location: Fantasy Kingdom Complex, Ashulia, Dhaka.
