Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum SSC graduate equivalent.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should be familiar with the skill of Coffee design like Heart shape, Leaf etc. which will be considered as an extra advantage.
∎ The candidate should be able to make the mentioned Coffees such as Americano, Cappuccino, Latte, Espresso, Café Mocha etc.
∎ Has to be familiar in making cold brews, frappes, shakes and chillers.
∎ Has to have knowledge on cake writing.
∎ Ensure best customer service to maintain the brand standard. Prepare, decorate & service the foods and drinks for the customers to meet their expectations.
∎ Maintain health, safety & security Law for the safety of the customers as well as all other employees.
∎ Work in the shift in a proper and hygienic way to maintain the food safety law.
∎ Counselling with the customers thirsty for information, queries and application to promote and marketing brand value.
∎ Reporting to the Outlet Manager to ensure all assigned tasks have been done properly. Outlet manager will decide which shift you will work in the Outlet.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience of a minimum 1-2 years on relevant field in food industry is a must.
∎ Excellent communication skill on both English and Bangla.
∎ Has to be precisely smart and presentable according to sales criteria.
∎ Has to be proficient on MS Word and Excel.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable depending on experience.
