∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Proven experience as a Barista, Mocktail Expert, or Beverage Trainer.
∎ Strong knowledge of coffee machines, grinders, brewing methods, and mocktail mixing.
∎ Passion for teaching and mentoring others.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Flexible schedule; able to commit to either part-time or full-time classes.
∎ Prior training or teaching experience is a plus.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct engaging and hands-on classes on coffee brewing, espresso techniques, mocktail mixing, juice preparation, and related beverage skills.
∎ Continuously update the training syllabus in line with the latest industry trends and international standards.
∎ Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
∎ Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment in class.
∎ Ensure proper usage and maintenance of tools and equipment in the beverage lab .
∎ Collaborate with the academic team to improve course delivery and quality.
∎ Assist in promotional activities, workshops, or demo sessions as required.
