∎ হসপিটাল মার্কেটিং এ অভিজ্ঞতা থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে।
∎ দক্ষ পরিশ্রমী ও সৎ হতে হবে।
∎ প্রাথীকে স্মাট, স্ব-প্রণোদিত উদ্যমী এবং আকষণীয় ব্যক্তিত্বেও সাথে ভদ্র হতে হবে ।যে কোন চাপের মধ্যা কাজ করতে সক্ষম ।

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ অনলাইন এবং ডোর টু ডোর হ্যান্ডবিল / লিফলেট সহ পরিদর্শন এবং প্রচার করতে হবে ।
∎ দৈনিক পরিদর্শণের মাধ্যমে স্বাস্থ্যকর্মী , শিক্ষিকা, সমাজকর্মী, স্থানীয় ক্লাব প্রভৃতির সাথে যোগাযোগ করে রোগীদের সুচিকিৎসার নিশ্চিত করা।
∎ হাসপাতালের পরিষেবা , চিকিৎসক সম্পর্কে ও সমস্ত ধরনের প্রদেয় সেবার প্রচার প্রচারণা করতে হবে ।
∎ প্রত্যেকের নির্ধারিত এলাকায় লক্ষ্য অর্জন সচেষ্ট হতে হবে।
∎ নিয়মিত চিকিৎসা সম্পর্কিত সমীক্ষা তৈরী ও পেশ করতে হবে।
∎ হাসপাতালের নিধারিত পরিষেবার মধ্যে রোগীর সার্বিক সহযোগিতা করতে হবে ।
∎ ম্যানেজমেন্ট দ্বারা অর্পিত অন্য যে কোন দায়িত্ব পালন করতে হবে ।
