∎ Age 30 to 50 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for maintaining appropriate/decent professional behavior towards the patient/client.
∎ Data entry as per prescription/patient’s requirements.
∎ To ensure the cash management is in favor of the bill/invoice.
∎ Cash reconciliation and handover to the authorized person/place.
∎ Maintain the serial system as per PDCL policies.
∎ Describe patient preparation & direct patients to the appropriate room for their tests and specimens.
∎ Provide information to the patients/clients regarding medical services and prices as required.
∎ Discusses with patient/client regarding bill as per queries over phone and face-to-face.
∎ Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
∎ Perform any other reasonable task that is assigned by PDCL authorities.
