∎ Good in English (written and spoken)
∎ Freshers are most welcome
∎ Can work in Night Shift
∎ Strong grammar, spelling, and punctuation skills
∎ Excellent in Microsoft Office
∎ Strong practical knowledge of operating computer function
∎ Good typing speed
∎ Ability to convey tone and intent clearly through text
∎ Fast and accurate typing skills
∎ Friendly, professional, and responsive communication style.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Customer Interaction: Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, or chats to assist customers with inquiries or issues.
∎ Issue Resolution: Resolve customer complaints or problems promptly and efficiently.
∎ Data Entry: Update customer information and record interactions in CRM systems.
∎ Product Knowledge: Provide accurate information on products, services, or processes.
∎ Performance Targets: Meet key performance metrics like call handling time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution.
∎ Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and actions taken.
∎ Team Collaboration: Work with team members to achieve departmental goals and improve service quality.
∎ Compliance: Follow company policies and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
