Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee the day-to-day operations of the school branch.
∎ Implement and adhere to school policies and procedures, ensuring seamless operations.
∎ Lead the academic program and performance of students, guiding teachers towards achieving academic excellence.
∎ Develop and implement effective teaching and learning strategies in collaboration with the teachers.
∎ Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, supporting teachers in their efforts.
∎ Oversee the recruitment, orientation, and professional development of teachers.
∎ Manage budgets, resources, and facilities in collaboration with the administrative team.
∎ Maintain effective communication between the school, parents, community members, and other stakeholders
∎ Ensure the school branch complies with all regulatory and compliance requirements.
∎ Uphold and promote the vision and mission of Averroes International School.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum of 3/4 years of experience in educational leadership.
∎ Experience of working for International organizations will be preferred
∎ Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
∎ Superior communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Profound understanding of the curriculum and pedagogy.
∎ A strong commitment to the Islamic ethos of the school.
