∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Age at least 30 years·
∎ Strong knowledge of Boiler Chicken contract farming processes.·
∎ Having excellent email, WhatsApp communication skills with MS Office operation.·
∎ Must be dynamic, energetic, self-motivated, and self-organized with a positive attitude. ·
∎ Should be very good at reporting on time.
∎ Age at least 30 years·
∎ Strong knowledge of Boiler Chicken contract farming processes.·

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ New Farm selection, Existing Farm visit.
∎ Observe Farm Management & ensure good biosecurity on the farm.
∎ Prepare weekly & monthly branch status reports.
∎ Treatment of disease-affected farms.
∎ Assurance of good quality feed, chicks & medicine delivered to the farms.
∎ Arrange training at the field level.
∎ Control & monitoring of all types of activity of the line officer.
∎ Maintain good communication with farmers, Daily sales report & monitoring.
∎ Bird stock preparation & monitoring, daily sales planning with the sales officer.
∎ Discuss & monitor daily bird lifting schedule.
∎ Daily market analysis and fix sales rate, meeting with a live broiler sales agent.
∎ Control and monitor all types of sales team activity.
∎ Maintain office decorum and a good work environment.
