∎ Post-graduation degree from reputed university with no third division/class in any academic result.
∎ Applicant having break of service need not apply.
∎ Computer literacy is a must.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for managing Branch portfolio and achieve business target.
∎ Maintain close liaison and coordination with all stakeholders.
∎ Ensuring smooth functioning of daily Banking operations of the Branch aligning with the objectives set by the Management of the Bank.
∎ Ensuring proper compliance in every aspect of Branch operations.
∎ Develop and execute business plan and strategy in line with achieving the branch contribution to profitability and growth of the Bank.
∎ Planning, directing and managing Branch Sales Team for acquiring new businesses and achieving desired sales targets.
∎ Playing key role for delivering financial solutions that meet customer's needs; building long lasting relationship in local community and ensuring high-quality customer services.
∎ Ensure effective process, regulatory compliance and controls for preventing money laundering in line with regulatory requirements.
∎ Leading, coaching and managing Branch people, assisting them to achieve individual and team targets as well as fostering their individual career development aspirations.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2 years’ experience as Manager or Operation Manager in any Bank with proven track record.
∎ The candidates must have exposure and experience in Branch Management, Banking Operations and Business development.
∎ Strong knowledge of Branch Operations, General Banking, Lending Operations & Credit Management and Foreign Trade Operations is required
∎ Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal relationship
