∎ Knowledge on MS Office

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Create an efficient, friendly and service-oriented branch environment.
∎ Manage relationships with regulators, customers, bankers and all external stakeholders.
∎ Keep track of achievement of all targets and deliverables assigned to branch employees by respective line of business or function heads through interaction and review of relevant MIS reports.
∎ Manage branch-based cross functional teams to ensure smooth service delivery for all lines of business and departments.
∎ Take appropriate measures to safeguard branch assets and ensure maintenance of office infrastructure.
∎ Control branch expenses and petty cash position.
∎ Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies and guidelines.
∎ Ensure Portfolio quality through supervision of the collection activities of the Branch as per collection protocol.
∎ Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly

∎ KEY RESPONSIBILTIES
