Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Check application form (Completeness, AML compliance, fund realization, exception approval) received from Business Unit (BU).
∎ Open customer profile and Deposit account opening in Bank Ultimus (CBS).
∎ Create shadow file of AOF.
∎ Send original deposit file to Head Office Deposit Operations team.
∎ Pass transaction vouchers for daily bank statement, Processing fee/ Documentation fee & VAT, Lease Deposit/ Loan Advance, Mutation Fee, NPL recovery.
∎ Update DCL in CRM LOS System.
∎ Issue Tax Certificate of Deposit accounts and providing bank statement of liability and asset accounts.
∎ Any other related works assigned by the Management.
∎ Check application form (Completeness, AML compliance, fund realization, exception approval) received from Business Unit (BU).
