∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): E-commerce

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Content development
∎ Making engaging videos about products
∎ Applying different marketing strategies on launching & introducing products.
∎ Maintaining relationships with customers over Facebook Live
∎ Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.
∎ Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.
∎ Informs clients by explaining about the product; answering questions; providing information.
∎ Listening to the customers' needs to generate repeat sales.
∎ Sell products and place customer orders in the computer system

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ HSC Pass
∎ Honor's (if running no problem)
∎ Experience Requirements :
∎ Minimum 3-6 month's experience would be preferable
∎ Timing : 11:00am to 08:00pm (1 Hour Break Time)
∎ Must be proficient in Bangla typing
∎ Must be comfortable in front of the Camera
∎ Excellence communication skills & comfortable in social platforms like Facebook, Instagram
∎ A charismatic personality will be prioritized
∎ Candidate needs to be patient and cool-tempered to deal with aggressiveness and complaints
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet new challenges.
∎ Self-motivated, hardworking, energetic, result-oriented, and A team player
∎ Good interpersonal, analytical skill, problem-solving, leadership skills as well as organizational skills.
∎ Location: Dhaka, Rampura, Banasree

Salary: Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
