Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Key Responsibilities:1.   Conceptualize, develop, and launch new products or brands in line with market trends, consumer insights, and company goals.2.   Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities for new products and improvements to existing ones.3.   Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring that each product meets quality standards, customer expectations, and profitability targets.4.   Work closely with R&D, design, manufacturing, and sales teams to ensure seamless product development and launch processes.Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute effective marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth.
