∎ Welcoming customers to the store and identifying their needs.
∎ Assisting customers with product selection and providing detailed product information.
∎ Ensuring a positive shopping experience by delivering excellent customer service.
∎ Reporting on a regular basis for product/service based queries. 5. Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
∎ Addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints professionally.
∎ Supporting the team in achieving sales goals and promoting customer loyalty

The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging customers, promoting Walton products, and driving sales while ensuring an excellent shopping experience.
