∎ Bachelor/Honors
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline.
∎ Defense / Ex- Defense will get high preference.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Education may be relaxed for highly qualified persons.
∎ Retired Sargent, Senior Warrant Officer/ Warrant officers are highly recommend to apply.
∎ Licenses or Certificates of CPR, First Aid Certificate and Fire Warden License will be an added advantage.
∎ Must be flexible with working nights, weekends, and holidays.
∎ Must be having good computer knowledge in all programs as required in the workplace.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To direct and co-ordinate the overall activities of the Security Department.
∎ To guarantee the safety of all the members, guests, employees and Building property.
∎ Be aware of the Fire and Emergency procedures, Security policies of the overall building.
∎ Directs and controls all subordinate to ensure that all day to day operational matters are handled on time.
∎ Performs special duties as required or designated by the Building Management.
∎ To handle and resolve all members/guests queries and complaints in an efficient manner and to establish an amicable relationship with all members/guests of the Building.
∎ Knowledge of operating CCTV systems and fire response procedures is a must.
∎ Any other duties as are within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job and as assigned by the management

∎ Salary Review: Yearly
