∎ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ Proven 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, preferably in a technology driven environment.
∎ -Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly understand complex business processes and systems.
∎ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
∎ Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
∎ Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, such as process modeling, data analysis, and requirements management tools.
∎ Experience with project management tools, such as Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project, is a plus.
∎ Familiarity with business intelligence (BI) and data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView, is desirable but not required.
∎ Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
∎ Relevant certifications, such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), are advantageous.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and requirements.
∎ Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes, systems, and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
∎ Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and interviews with stakeholders to elicit and document clear and comprehensive business requirements.
∎ Analyze and document business requirements, user stories, use cases, and functional specifications to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.
∎ Create detailed business process models, workflow diagrams, and other visualizations to illustrate current and proposed solutions.
∎ Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and project managers, to define project scope, priorities, and timelines.
∎ Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure successful implementation of solutions.
∎ Perform data analysis, data validation, and data mapping to support decision-making and business intelligence initiatives.
∎ Develop and maintain documentation, including business requirements documents, user manuals, and training materials.
∎ Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and facilitate user feedback sessions to validate and refine solutions.
∎ Provide ongoing support and training to end users to ensure successful adoption and utilization of implemented solutions.
∎ Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to business analysis and process improvement.
