∎ Conduct detailed requirement analysis to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
∎ Define project requirements by identifying milestones, phases, and key deliverables.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
∎ Act as an intermediary between business and IT teams to ensure seamless communication and understanding.
∎ Prepare comprehensive functional requirement documents and technical specifications for assigned projects.
∎ Produce accurate, clear, and concise statements of business requirements suitable for a non-technical audience.
∎ Conduct thorough evaluation, testing, and implementation of systems.
∎ Lead and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate solutions against business requirements.
∎ Interpret, evaluate, and interrelate research data to develop integrated business analyses and projections.
∎ Suggest actionable changes to senior management using data-driven insights to support recommendations.
∎ Actively participate in the implementation and monitoring of approved initiatives.
∎ Build strong relationships with stakeholders by understanding their needs and delivering high-quality outcomes.
∎ Provide regular updates and insights to ensure stakeholder alignment and satisfaction.
∎ Identify areas for process improvements and propose innovative solutions to enhance business efficiency.
∎ Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to bring relevant insights to the organization.
