∎ Age 21 to 39 years
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills: Excellent ability to build rapport and present ideas effectively
∎ Market knowledge: Deep understanding of the industry, competitor landscape, and target market dynamics
∎ Business development skills: Ability to identify new business opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and create plans
∎ Analytical skills: Data-driven approach to decision-making, including market analysis and sales forecasting
∎ Networking abilities: Strong network of contacts within the industry
∎ Project management skills: Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
∎ Have a strong sense of progressive idealism to build a better Bangladesh & World.
∎ Ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years experience
∎ They will be flexible, able to work under pressure, meet deadlines & be a team player.
∎ Should be very honest.
∎ Good organizational skills, attendance & punctual.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Market research and analysis: Identify potential new markets, customer segments, and industry trends to identify business opportunities.
∎ Strategy development: Create and execute targeted plans and strategies to achieve revenue goals.
∎ Proposal preparation: Develop customized proposals and presentations to address client needs and demonstrate the value proposition.
∎ Account management: Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients to identify additional opportunities for growth and upselling.
∎ Relationship building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, key decision-makers, and partners.
∎ Forecasting and reporting: Monitor key metrics and provide accurate forecasts to leadership.
∎ Team collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and other departments to align strategies and achieve overall business goals.
∎ WhatsOn Media is looking for a Business Developer that will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth by strategically researching market trends, creating sales plans, and overseeing the implementation of initiatives to expand our customer base.
