∎ Peer support to International volunteer in her/his placement period in Bangladesh.
∎ Mentor youth entrepreneur in growing the business.
∎ Track business growth through M&E tools.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in coaching or mentoring of entrepreneurs.
∎ Experience in micro and small entrepreneur development.
∎ A good understanding of business operations.
