∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering, Diploma in Computer
∎ Skills Required: Bangla and english typing Skills, Communications skills (both written and oral in English), Credit Recovery, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Big Data, Business Development, Data Entry, IT Support Service, Research and Development, Web Developer/ Web Designer, website content creating, Website maintenance
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work independently with minimal supervision.
∎ Quality correspondence in English independently.
∎ Search & re-search Websites for business opportunities.
∎ Oversees market analysis through online.
∎ Researching global organizations to find new opportunities.
∎ B2B and B2C market search.
∎ Business development activities through online platforms.
∎ Big data analysis.
∎ Large Data Entry and typing capability.
∎ Provide daily operations and systems support.
∎ Responsible for installing and configuring computer hardware and operating systems and applications.
∎ Troubleshooting, analyzing, and solving Computer Hardware and Network problem.
∎ Maintenance of all printers, UPS, switches, Routers, Desktop PC, laptops, and other IT equipment.
∎ Configuring, assembling, disassembling & maintaining networking system. (LAN and WiFi)
∎ Provide IT supports for CCTV System (IP Camera).
∎ Attendance machine configuration & maintenance.
∎ Troubleshoot software issues in person, remotely, and via phone.
∎ Repairing equipment and replacing parts.
∎ Provide corporate assistance to admin.
∎ Fill up all online applications related to company affairs. (BD Govt. forms)
∎ Fill up online visa (Passport Office) and work permit (BIDA) applications for foreign expatriates.
∎ Self-motivated and always looking for work and opportunities to volunteer.
∎ Any other task of work as per Management Decision.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
