E-commerce

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Attend all inbound calls from customers and vendors, providing excellent service and addressing inquiries or concerns promptly.
∎ Reply to customer emails and messages with accurate and timely responses, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
∎ Source new vendors and products through market research and maintain strong relationships with existing vendors.
∎ Manage customer data in CRM, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
∎ Make outbound calls to customers and provide support in finding desired products and guiding them through the purchasing process.
∎ Assist vendors with product sourcing and maintain effective communication to ensure smooth transactions.
∎ Plan and execute new marketing campaigns in collaboration with internal teams, leveraging data insights to identify target audiences and drive customer engagement.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic initiatives.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 27 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 12000 - 15000 (Monthly)
