Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Identifying, qualifying and securing business opportunities; coordinating business generation activities; developing customized targeted sales strategies.
∎ • Creating informative presentations; presenting and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows, and conferences.
∎ • Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients; maintaining a database (Sales force, Customer responsibility management (CRM), Excel, etc.) of prospective client information.
∎ • Maintaining a pipeline of all sales administration using CRM software.
∎ • Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short and long-term business development plans.
∎ • Formulates and implements public relations strategies, selects and manages communications with external agencies, as well as develops media marketing strategies and other non-campaign activities.
∎ • In charge of providing strategic input and direction for the brand, developing style guides, templates and other materials, developing non-campaign brands while keeping the company’s vision, mission, and objectives in mind; and advising internal and external stakeholders on issues relevant to the brand.
∎ • Work with department heads or staff to discuss topics such as budgets and contracts, marketing plans, and the selection of advertising media.
∎ • Plan advertising campaigns, including which media to advertise in, such as radio, television, print, online media, and billboards.
∎ • Negotiate advertising contracts.
∎ • Evaluate the look and feel of websites used in campaigns or layouts, which are sketches or plans for an advertisement
∎ • Initiate market research studies and analyze their findings to understand customer and market opportunities for businesses
