Job Responsibilities:
∎ Writing Technical Proposals against Requests for Procurement (RFP)/Terms of Reference (TOR)/ Request for quotation (RFQ) from Government, Non-Government, NGOs and UN Agencies
∎ Ability to search tenders and IT related Projects / Opportunities of Government organizations through Physical visits, Websites, E-GP Portal and Manual.
∎ Reviewing and preparation of tender documents with the scope of works, checking the feasibility for qualification, and financial criteria, and making documents format as well as forms.
∎ Participating in all types of tenders. e.g., OTM-Two Envelope, One Envelope, DPM, LTM, CPTU processes.
∎ Reviewing tender documents, and the scope of works, checking the feasibility for qualification and financial criteria, preparing presentations, and risk matrix, and informing top management to get approval for bidding
∎ To ensure strict adherence to tender submission deadlines including checking, binding, packing and preparation for outgoing submission
∎ Actively participate in the e-GP evaluation process
∎ Responsible to select Tender from National e-GP Portal and other websites
∎ Attending Pre-bid meetings with clients in collaboration with top management.
∎ Prepare periodical tender-related reports
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 29 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Active participation in Govt. Tenders with remarkable track records.
∎ In-depth knowledge of BG/ PG, VAT, Tax, PO.
∎ Experience in e-GP is a mandatory qualification criterion.
∎ Fluent in both Bengali and English.
∎ Ability to create Bangla and English proposals.
