Job Context:
∎ Ezze technology limited, a leading IT-based company in Bangladesh that deals with Information Technology and inventive solution. We are looking for a Business Development Manager to support our team to assist in the day-to-day Business Operations to reach its ultimate goal. Business-minded professionals who love to work dynamically and love to prove his Excellency.
∎ Working Day: 6 Days in a Week. (10.00 AM - 6.30 PM)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Leads business development activities of products and/or services to Local or Multinational companies
∎ The qualification of new business opportunities via new business meetings to ensure a good fit with the agency's experience and ways of working
∎ Respond to inbound & outbound leads, Maintains key business development contacts with current and potential clients
∎ Maintains key business development contacts with current and potential customers
∎ Oversees market analysis, monitors competitive activity, and identifies client's needs
∎ Diligent nurturing of the pipeline to ensure regular, relevant contact with previous prospects and accurate reporting of the new business pipeline including weekly management reports.
∎ Supporting the department leads in Tender Documents, RFP, business proposal activities & negotiate with clients.
∎ Engage with customers, product end-users, product managers, and experts to understand the key requirements and workflows.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills and business acumen to interact with many different departments and decision-makers within the organization.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must be able to handle multiple tasks concurrently and deliver under tight deadlines.
∎ Ability to evaluate, define and prioritize activities/projects for self and others
Salary: Tk. 40000 - 60000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
