∎ Ability to take new challenges and should have very good communication in field with all type of aquaculture stakeholders.
∎ A passion for agriculture in the sector of fisheries and tree plantation.
∎ Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
∎ The ability to make decisions in stressful environments.
∎ Superb communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in similar position in Argo-based Enterprise

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintaining and monitoring all the projects of the Hatchery and land areas and put up a detail plan for fisheries, fruit, vegetable and other projects.
∎ Handling the marketing and sale of products produced on the farm like fruit, vegetables and fisheries related products.
∎ Ensure everyday update of individual livestock, record keeping of livestock from purchase of stock to ready for sale.
∎ Maintain & monitoring all records of fisheries, fruit and plantation related purchase. Budgeting and maintaining accurate financial records & organizing sales and purchases of livestock and others farm related products.
∎ Handling paperwork and keeping administrative records and training/instructing and supervising farm workers.
∎ Assisting with the recruitment and training of new staff members.
∎ Building professional networks and keeping abreast of developments in agricultural science.
∎ Ensuring compliance with government regulations and health and safety standards.
∎ Ensure waste management as well as environment & pollution control.
∎ Organizing maintenance/repair of farm property, equipment and machinery.
∎ Any other assignment entrusted by the management time to time.
∎ Ensure best productivity Of the Land. Monitor & report to senior management on the changing environment and thereby pro-activity contribute to evolving agriculture strategy in response to the grand realities.
∎ Plan, execute & achieve the Aqua product sales and provide technical service as per the business plan.
∎ Identify the potential Aqua farmers and convert them into our own customers.
∎ Provide professional direction to subordinates in aqua environment treatment.
∎ Total aqua health monitoring and water quality management with a high level of acceptance.
∎ Arrange training, technical session, seminars and product promotional activities.
∎ Utilize digital and traditional marketing channels to reach target stakeholders effectively.
∎ Maintain necessary documentation, prepare necessary reports and keep effective communication with respective management.
∎ Perform any other task as and when assigned by the management.
