∎ Research and identify potential markets, clients, and revenue streams.
∎ Actively prospect and generate new business leads through various channels like networking, cold calling, and online outreach.
∎ Foster strong, long-term relationships with existing and new clients to ensure business growth and retention.
∎ Create and implement strategies to increase sales, targeting high-potential clients and markets.
∎ Lead negotiations and close sales, ensuring agreements align with company goals and profitability.
∎ Monitor industry trends and analyze competitors to stay ahead and identify opportunities for differentiation.
∎ Work with marketing, sales, and product teams to align strategies and enhance service offerings.
∎ Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients and provide continuous support for client satisfaction.
∎ Measure and report on business development performance, including sales, market trends, and forecasting future growth.
∎ Identify and secure strategic partnerships or collaborations that expand the company’s market presence and offerings.
∎ Expand the business in whole Bangladesh with different condition.

∎ Workplace: Work at office and sometimes Branch Visit
