∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ English fluency is compulsory.
∎ Ability to work night shifts and manage a team working during overnight hours.
∎ Proven experience in managing a successful outbound telesales team.
∎ Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
∎ Excellent understanding of the sales process and techniques.
∎ Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
∎ Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
∎ Experience in cold calling and lead generation.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead and manage a team of Business Development Associates responsible for outbound telesales during night hours.
∎ Ensure the team meets and exceeds sales targets by providing effective leadership, coaching, and motivation.
∎ Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team.
∎ Monitor and evaluate the performance of team members, providing constructive feedback and implementing performance improvement plans when necessary.
∎ Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and integrated approach to business development.
∎ Foster a positive and results-oriented team culture.
