∎ 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales, ideally in fintech, banking, or digital services.

∎ Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
∎ Self-starter with a growth mindset and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Familiarity with the remittance, payments, or financial services industry is a plus.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify and pursue strategic business development opportunities to grow Priyo Pay's customer base and revenue.
∎ Build and manage relationships with partners such as banks, financial institutions, student communities, and SMEs.
∎ Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new services and market segments.
∎ Collaborate with marketing to run customer acquisition campaigns and events.
∎ Monitor market trends, user needs, and competitor activity to inform strategy.
∎ Prepare business proposals, pitch decks, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
∎ Contribute to fundraising efforts by supporting investor outreach and presentations.
