Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Brand Management:Represent assigned watch brands, manage orders, budgets, and maintain strong relationships with international mother companiesSales Growth:
∎ Drive sales targets by executing effective strategies to achieve revenue goals. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create campaigns and promotions that attract new customers
∎ Inventory Management:Monitor stock levels to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Introduce and manage new product categories while relocating and redistributing products between POS locations in line with company policies. Conduct regular inventory audits to optimize operations and maintain seamless workflows
∎ Team Management:Monitor and guide the Time Zone sales team, ensuring optimal performance. Enforce high standards of presentation and professionalism to enhance customer experience
∎ Reports and Analysis:Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and assist in preparing periodic sales and inventory reports to track performance
∎ Store Renovations and Openings:Provide support for store renovations and new openings. Coordinate with stakeholders and vendors, manage project-related documentation, and ensure smooth execution of projects
∎ New Business Development:Identify opportunities to introduce international watch brands, build partnerships, and expand business operations.
