Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Minimum of 2 years’ relevant working experience in business development, fundraising and acquisition of awards.
∎ Behavioral values and skills: trust, accountability, problem solving, cooperation, analytical, networking, marketing, relationship building, facilitation, planning & organizing, negotiating, flexibility.
∎ Excellent English writing and communication skills.
∎ Good knowledge about the local context.
∎ Experience working within the NGO context at a field level.

∎ Lead Generation & Sales – Identifying new clients, markets, and business opportunities.
∎ Market Research – Analyzing industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
∎ Proposal & Presentation Creation – Preparing pitches and business plans for potential clients.
∎ Client Relationship Management – Maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
∎ Revenue Growth – Developing strategies to increase sales and profitability.
∎ Product & Service Expansion – Identifying opportunities for new product development or service enhancement.
