∎ Masters
∎ Master’s Degree in Marketing / Business Development / Business Administration.
∎ IBA, University of Dhaka, North South University, BRAC University, Independent University, Jahangirnagar University will get preference.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ At least 7 years experiences in business development, sales and marketing within the handicraft or ecofriendly product.
∎ Exceptional communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
∎ Proficiency in microsoft office suite and CRM software.
∎ Familiarity with digital marketing and e-commerce platforms.
∎ Ability to identify and capitalize new business opportunities.
∎ Experience on processing and receiving business legal entities, their rewards and receiving clearance from the respective authorities.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement sales strategies, enhancing brand visibility, and driving revenue growth.
∎ Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends, potential clients and lucrative business opportunities within the handicraft and eco-friendly product sectors.
∎ Design and implement robust sales strategies aimed at achieving and surpassing company sales targets.
∎ Monitor and supervise the Products with required standard and quality.
∎ Identify, target and engage potential clients, including retailers, wholesalers and individual customers, to expand our market.
∎ Promote products with digital campaigns through online and social media marketing platforms and also through trade shows.
∎ Develop and manage both B2B and B2C sales channels.
∎ Cultivate and sustain strong, long-lasting relationship with clients.
∎ Maintain close contact and liaison with different business outlets and market platforms.
∎ Work closely with the design and production teams to ensure product availability and uphold quality standards.
∎ Prepare detailed reports on sales activities, feedback and market trends.
