Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
∎ Skills Required: Business Development, Computer Operating, Fluent in written and spoken Bengali-English., Good communication skills, Presentation skill, Product Costing and budgeting, Strong communication skills

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Budgeting, Business Development, Market Research, Marketing, Product Pricing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Company
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a smart & skill team leader for the post of Business Development Officer.
∎ Eligible candidates must have the experience to work in reputed IT/ITES Company in government /corporate sales.
∎ Having experience in EGP/OTM is highly preferred.
∎ Experience in writing & preparing tender documents is added advantage.
∎ Interested candidates should possess excellent presentation & interpersonal skills.
∎ It`s better to have skills in budgeting, sourcing, pricing & partnering.
∎ Highly motivated & Positive Energy is highly required.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Market planning, Strategy Development, Monitoring & Review of opportunities.
∎ Developing business plans/ market strategies for the products within the assigned portfolio.
∎ Analyzing competitive marketing environment and find out the trends and opportunities for sales.
∎ Develop promotional tools to attain organizational and sales objectives.
∎ Own implementation of the sales action plan, strategies and sales techniques in order to achieve targets.
∎ Provide direction, motivation & training to marketing team members for ensuring optimum performance and take corrective actions.
∎ Suggest management for the price improvisation of the products time to time by competitor study.
∎ Build long term relationships with the customers so that there is an inbuilt trust and loyalty.
∎ Ensuring consumer satisfaction by acting as one stop service point on complaints, analyzing and taking corrective actions and continuous monitoring.
∎ Meet work Targets with Excellent communication skills
∎ Creative and strategic thinker who can offer new ideas with Professionalism demonstrated at all levels and all times.
∎ Forms positive working relationships with colleagues.
∎ Works as part of a team and can remain positive.
∎ Write and prepare correspondence effectively, understand able and maintain confidentiality.
∎ Problem solving and decision making ability
∎ Good Microsoft Office Skills
∎ Works well under pressure and determine to deliver.
∎ Commitment to personal development and learning.
